The website

answyr.io uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to count visits. We don't sell or share personal data. If you email us or join a waitlist, we use your address only to reply.

The plugin & AI providers

Answyr is bring-your-own-key: it contacts a third-party AI provider only when you enable an AI feature (the Desk draft or the Chat widget) and configure that provider's API key. When an agent requests a draft or a visitor asks the Chat widget a question, Answyr sends the relevant ticket/conversation text and excerpts of your own published content used for grounding to the active provider, and receives a generated reply.

No data is sent to these services unless you enable an AI feature and provide a key. API keys are encrypted at rest in your site's database.
